Herbert D. Clark House

It cost a mere $2,700 to build this Queen Anne in 1890 in Alameda, California.

J.A. Leonard built this home and sold it the following year to David A. Phillips, chief of the dry docks for the Union Iron Works in San Francisco.

It belonged to D.D. Stephens between 1901-1904, and it then sold to the Herbert D. Clark family. They owned the home until 1983.
