Man, are we ever grateful when a house has a historic plaque on the front. It may not have a ton of information, but it’s always nice to know we can for sure get a little nugget of info about a place.

This cutie in Sacramento, California is the Harold and Hazel Kinney house, built in 1932. The sign indicates that one of them was the Shop Crafts Company Chairman, but doesn’t specify who. It’s located in the Boulevard Park Historic District and listed on the Sacramento Register of Cultural and Historic Places.
Some intense Googling didn’t turn up much on either Kinney that we could verify, so just enjoy this charming home.
