Snickers on a Stick is showing off this sprawling home, built in 1888, that boasts more than 3,600 square feet. According to an old real estate listing, it has five bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a parlor, library and veranda.
It last sold for $1.299 million in 2013, and is now estimated at $2.4 million. It has undergone a two million dollar renovation/restoration.
It was designed by LeBaron R. Olive and took two years to build. It is a Santa Cruz historic landmark.
