Thomas Weeks House

We got the blues in the best way possible visiting the Thomas J. Weeks Mansion in Santa Cruz, California.

Weeks made his fortune selling potatoes to gold miners.

Snickers on a Stick is showing off this sprawling home, built in 1888, that boasts more than 3,600 square feet. According to an old real estate listing, it has five bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a parlor, library and veranda.

It last sold for $1.299 million in 2013, and is now estimated at $2.4 million. It has undergone a two million dollar renovation/restoration.

It was designed by LeBaron R. Olive and took two years to build. It is a Santa Cruz historic landmark.
