Howard Havens House/Tilden Mansion

Built in 1896, this sprawling Italian Renaissance villa originally belonged to Howard Havens, manager of the Donahue Kelly Banking Company in San Francisco. It was sold in 1902 to Major Charles L. Tilden, and has since been referred to as the Tilden Mansion

With 4,496 square feet, the home has eight bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Its architect was Edward Denke, and it was built by A.R. Denke for $8,180.
