Daniel Foster House

Built in 1890 by prolific architect J.A. Leonard, this home originally belonged to ship carpenter, Daniel Foster.

The Queen Anne cost $3,100 to build. According to Zillow, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,200 square feet. It last sold in 1995 for $246,000 and is now estimated to be worth around $1.2 million.
