J.H. Thomwharden House

Another dispatch from Alameda, California. This one is the J.H. Thomwharden house. If you thought, “Wow, that’s quite a last name,” you’re not alone. 😂

Built in 1890, it cost $3,500 to build and was eventually converted into apartments.
