We love this darling brick rendition of a Tudor Revival, which was built in 1929 in Woodland, California.

It was created for Noreen and Emil J. Niclas Jr. Emil worked as a banker, while Noreen was a school teacher.

House received the city’s Heritage Home award in 2004.
