Richard B. Prideaux (1861-1928) was the original owner of this 1893 Sacramento home. A native of England, he lived here with his wife, Martha, and a daughter, Olivette, born in 1897.
Richard was listed as a member of the Sacramento Masonic Lodge in 1932.
