William Potter House

Built in 1900, the William Potter House is a striking presence within just a few steps of Bette Davis’ birthplace in Lowell, Mass.

Potter was a Lowell real estate broker. This style house was unique in the Lowell Highlands, as well as Lowell in general. At the time this house was built, the area had a country club atmosphere and was appealing to Lowell businessmen.

The 6,600+ square foot house is now home to Morse Bayliss Funeral Home.
