We’re big fans of early Monday morning cheer, so please enjoy this yellow cutie pie we discovered last fall in Arlington, Mass.

Unfortunately, we couldn’t come up with much other information this well-preserved shingle style home, other than it was named after an early or original owner — Charles P. Wyman — and built in 1900. But the good news is, it’s protected by historic preservation restrictions in the town, so it’s safe and sound.
With nearly 2,200 square feet, it has five bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, and last sold in 2002 for $377,000. But is likely worth around a million cool ones these days.
