Another fun discovery on an afternoon stroll through Lexington, Mass. The Daniel E. Owens house was built in 1890 by Abram C. Washburn, Lexington’s most prolific builder at the time.

Located near its town center in an area of historic homes, this house draws attention to all its fantastic details with its creative paint job. The wrap-around porch is the icing on the cake, and we’re just a tiny bit obsessed with it.
It has 3,338 square feet, six bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It last sold in 1999 for $1.3 million dollars.

Love this house! It’s a work of art!
