Louis Jacobi House

One of the dopest Queen Annes from 1890 in Alameda, California was designed by prolific loca; architect Charles Shaner.

Louis H. Jacobi, superintendent of Pacific Bell Telephone in San Francisco, was its original owner.

It cost $5,193 to build and most recently sold a year ago for $2.7 million.
