Edward Holt House

We have a big crush on this charcoal house in Alameda, California.

Built in 1890 by architect/builder, A.W. Pattiani & Co., this cutie is highlighted by light pink and white hues. Hard to see in the picture, but super cute in person.

It was built for Edward J. Holt, secretary of Simpson Lumber Co. of San Francisco. It cost $3,950 to construct.
