This elegant lady in Napa, California, was built in 1888 and is located across the street from the lovely Fuller Park. At some point it was called the Perry House, but we couldn’t manage to dig up any further details than that.

Listed on the Napa Historic Inventory Registry, it most recently sold in 2021 for more than $1.6 million.

It’s split up into four different housing units.
