Although the Runcie-Crum house isn’t nearly as old as most of the houses we feature, it still has 76 years under its belt.

Located in Woodland, California, this home was built for William Runcie for $12,000. It was one of the last four houses built in the city’s Beamer Park neighborhood, and sits upon a giant and beautiful lot. C.C. Hall was its builder.
Not to mention, it reminds us of a darling New England Cape.
Its current owners are Frank and Kim Crum.
