Happy Tudor Tuesday from Woodland, California.

This 1935 Tudor was designed and built by Joseph Motroni, as a project for Dr. Charles H. and Gladys M. Noble. The Nobles arrived in Woodland in 1917 at the Electric Train Depot from Fresno.
Noble set up a dental practiced downtown and remained there through 1959. The couple owned this home until 1992. The largest Gingko tree in Woodland is located in the back yard and was likely planted when the house was built.
It received the Heritage Home award in 2001.
