This exquisite Colonial Revival home was built in 1901 for Mrs. M.J. Wall in Alameda, California.

Architect T.D. Newsom designed this residence, which cost $16,000 to build (which is the equivalent of $550,000 today).
According to a recent real estate listing, the massive house has seven bedrooms, six bathrooms, leaded and stained glass windows and more than 5,000 square feet. But honestly, it had us at its grand entryway.
It sold last January for $2.5 million dollars.
