The Brinn House

The original portion of the Brinn house in Sutter Creek, Califlornia, may date back to the 1850s when it was owned by John Davis, a partner in the nearby Herbertville Mine.

In 1860, merchant Morris Brinn came to town with his brother Nathan, and established a mercantile on Main St. Five years later, he bought this house and substantially built the two story seen today.

It is now The Foxes Inn — or the Foxie — a boutique bed and breakfast in the adorable historic town.
