E.R. Gifford House

This ornate Queen Anne in Napa, California, belonged to E.R. Gifford, who purchased the house for his family in 1904. Gifford was a successful merchant and founder of E.R. Gifford & Co., a dry goods and clothing store. He lived here until 1938.

Built in 1890, the house was designed by prominent local architect, Luther Turton.
