Happy St. Patrick’s Day! This isn’t a fully green house, but the green trim and gold details seemed like a great fit for today.
Built in 1875, the Vanderschoot House is in Napa, California. It’s a contributing property on Napa’s Historic Resources Inventory list. (The Napa Assessor Database has it listed as being built in 1866.)
With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, it has more than 2100 square feet and is assessed at $862,000 — but something tells me it would sell for a heckuva a lot more in the current housing market.
Now, let’s go crush some corned beef and Guinness, y’all.
