One thing that’s a bummer is when we can’t find house history for a place we love. I may have mentioned before that it’s a lot harder to dig up in Sacramento (without paying all the cash money) than it was back east.

Still, we couldn’t pass up featuring this amazing beauty, built in 1900. The metallic gold trim was so stunning in the sunlight, plus the details on this house kind of go with my ginger goodness, no?
