This darling was built in 1924 on the Laugenour-Reith property in Woodland, California, which originally encompassed an entire block before being subdivided.

John and Lela Reith subdivided the family property and built this lovable English cottage. John Reith was a real estate developer who also served on the Woodland School Board.
