Willie H. Mansfield House

Favorite alert: This is one of the most stunning houses we’ve seen — and that’s saying a lot.

Built in 1896, the Willie H. Mansfield house was one of four residences erected that year on Lincoln Street in Newton, Mass. Mansfield was a salesman in Boston.

Located in the Newton Highlands Historic District, there are so many things to love about this beauty, but we are in love with the stained glass windows and trio of pediments up top.

Y’all… it’s cold af out here.

It has six bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, four fireplaces and 3700+ square feet. It sold in September 2020 for just under $2 million dollars.

That’s about the only info we could dig up, so we’ll end by saying that Mr. Mansfield — and every owner since — were dang lucky people.
