Built in 1875, the George Lord Little House in Kennebunk, Maine, is the only one of its kind in the Summer Street Historic District and one of the best examples of Victorian architecture in Maine.

Little (1820-1900) was a beef and grain wholesaler in Fort Wayne, Indiana, but was born in Kennebunk. He returned to his hometown upon retirement, building this exquisite residence.
According to a real estate listing, the home has been restored and featured three stories of living space with five bedrooms, five bathrooms (three of them full). A separate guest/carriage house has three additional bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It totals nearly 9500 square feet overall.
Gardens and a swimming pool round out the property.
